Hi, I'm Chris with True [music] Plumbers. Today we're in Plant City. We're out here at Black Rock adding a mobile office space. We're installing the new plumbing out here for it. The goal today is to get [music] the water from the city meter to the building and then drainage from the building back to [music] the city drain. What he's doing is he's actually digging out for the sewer drain and he's digging it out at a 8th inch per foot and that allows the solids and the water to keep up with each other [music] so you don't have continuous stoppage issues in the future. We're going to cut a 24-in wide ditch so that way we can dig all this out for our certified plumber. This is our city sewer main. We're going to be tying onto this to run our drain pipe from our mobile office over here. We're all wrapped up here at Black Rock Asphalt. We got the water coming in, flowing great, leaving even better. I'm Chris, your True Plumber.

Hello everyone. It's time for morning brief and I hope you have your favorite cup of coffee and it smells good. So today I'm going to drink my favorite cup of coffee from True Plumbers's Cup. It says we get poop done coffee. Oh, we That's strong. All right. You ain't going to believe this. I didn't believe it, but it's the truth as can only be told in Malberry, Florida. Fred Gil is 54 and he lives there. He's backing out of his driveway at his house and backs into our victim's vehicle. where the victims get out. It's a man and a woman. And Fred goes back into his house, won't talk to him, won't exchange information. So, they notify the sheriff's office. Our nice deputies arrive. There's two deputies and they're working on the crash investigation and they call Fred outside. And you know what? Fred comes outside and all of a sudden, he drops his drawers and dumps a load. You know what I mean? Right there in front of God, deputies, and victims. That's right. He popped a squat in his front yard and fertilized. Our deputies stared in amazement. They said to theirelves, "Self, have you ever seen any poop like that before?" Then the rascal pulls up his pants, puts his coffee away, goes to the front of his truck, and exposes himself and begins to urinate. That's right. He did that. It was a pissaurus. >> What? >> And then the deputies put him in jail for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and gave him some traffic tickets, too. I told you, you can't make this stuff up in Malberry, Florida.

And I want when people are driving past our building that they know that's a reliable company and I can count on them. My name is Erikica Emanuel and I am the division manager over True Builders, True Plumbers and True AC. So what I do here at True is really oversee our internal team. It's a lot of coordinating but the ultimate goal is making sure the customer is taken care of and jobs are getting completed. and not just completed but with quality. Working for True has benefited me a lot. It's it's helped me grow in so many ways. Uh it's helped me in my communication skills. You know, I work with people every day. Sometimes they're angry, sometimes they're happy, even internally. You know, you're working with a bunch of different people with different strengths and different weaknesses. But it has helped me be a better leader, a better person. And they keep the bar high here. They keep the standard high here. So, um, they're always pushing us on personal development and personal growth. For our customers, a lot of times we're walking into homes and they're in really bad situations, and we get to come in and rebuild, and normally they're super happy cuz it's such a hard situation, but we rebuild something beautiful. Foreign [Music] for True Builders I was working for my stepdad and doing mechanics stuff like that some single kid no wife no no family no kids uh live and paycheck to paycheck you know looking for uh the next thrill yeah I was uh searching definitely for uh somewhere to fit in somewhere to something to be a part of and that's when I came to work here for a couple days and saw that this is something I want to be a part of but I came in started with uh the mitigation side of the company doing the dry outs I did that for a couple years in the beginning then from there moved on to the rebuild side so I got to do the dry out the cleanup and then got to see the putback side of it too and that's just as satisfying for the customer for the for us to see them watch their house come back together and even better than it was before then the fleet started growing the whole company started growing and I had some mechanic experience before working with my dad and it just it just kind of rolled over I think when I took over the fleet it was uh I want to say like 10 Vehicles it wasn't that many that included Mark and Issac's personal trucks until now we're at 49. so I got to see it double several times and that was really cool especially when it comes to you and says hey I see your trucks everywhere and I can think of myself yeah it's because they are everywhere there's a bunch of them that's uh that's one thing that's really cool about this company is uh they take the time to develop you um they they take the time to coach they have a lot of uh programs set up for coaching people coaching guys to become better leaders to become better fathers become better husbands it's it's it's cool to say think that this job will make you better outside of this job you know and uh it has it has I've I've gotten married since I've worked here had kids now that's one thing this company has done it's helped settle me um it's just much more laid back happy come to work happy to leave work happy go home happy it's just that's a good life to have and it's all the thanks to true God and true [Music]

hi my name is Chris partner I live in Plant City Florida this past Easter Sunday I had a little bit of a catastrophe the family here all of our plumbing decided not to work and when I mean it decided that'll work it started back flowing through everything the tubs sinks all the toilets it's probably one of the scariest moments I've ever had not knowing what to do you know I had a plunger but I knew that wasn't gonna solve this problem so I jumped on the internet and the first place I saw all those true plumbers and I gave him a call I was in a panic I got there any strange service and the young lady I explained to her what my situation was and she could tell by the tone of my voice said it was pretty serious within 15 minutes I got a call back from OC he's one of the guys he's uh he's definitely my lifesaver he he came over within about a half hour and did all the proper searching you know find out what the problem was with what their where their back the plaza you know quad was and he sat me down and told me that we have a big problem he said that we basically lost our been in sewer line and that means that the using rsync to doing laundry taking showers to flushing toilets would not working this house anymore they cleared the line but the line had broke you know there was nothing that they could do until we got ahold of the insurance agent and that's what we did we actually had to wait till Monday they started popping the floor up and digging away and the crack was eventually longer and longer and longer and they actually went into the entire hallway to dig up we had about two three feet of dirt throughout the whole house all in the back list you know there's no place to put it our house is 37 square feet and it was a completely time and every time touched every tile throughout the entire house so to match those tiles you know after they dug them up you know it would have been wood was impossible to do they had every top so we wouldn't selected some new tile from their showroom they had a great selection really really good selection and my wife and I were in there and literally within a couple minutes we've picked one out that we just love and that's what we ended up getting the one that came in through this door was mr. now this is full water probably goes throughout so you know this literally happened about an hour hour and a half ago response time we're already here you're supposed to get to work [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] okay so here we are at the brown residence two nights ago I want to talk in the morning they had a pretty much count of stroke water damage due to water supply line in the toilet affected the whole house they came home around 12:30 notice water coming out of the garage treat others responded within an hour and did water extraction today we're at day three the house is almost dry but we're still in the middle of the process a lot of equipment is in the house a lot of furnitures been moved around and the floorings been removed so we still have some work to do take you for a walk inside to show you where we are [Music] so here's where the homeowner found the water coming out of his house from the garage the garage here when it down the drive went into the street this was ground zero was to the left yet all guitars and equipment on [Music] whole bunch of equipment in here we probably have about 35 fins inside the house right now in about four or five dehumidifiers trying it out once the equipment's done each job will remove the equipment usually on day three or four depending on the severity once the equipment gets removed we'll clean up the property try to get it into a workable condition but then the repo process will begin [Music]

we found the water in the dining room area um the break was actually in the kitchen but the water was running to that area so I'd seen some signs and billboards of uh True Builders I reached out to them the one of the workers had explained to me that um they would put in some fans to dry everything out tear everything out that needed to be teared out so there wouldn't be no mold harmful um bacterias in the air and then they would get somebody out here to give me an adjustment of what needed to be done and um and assured me that you know it would be a smooth transition and we will be able to stay here while the process was going on and um to get us back on track and getting back to our normal life once um everything was decided that we were going to go with true we drove over to their Plant City site um where they had a show room we were able to meet with some designers and they went over all the different options and uh upgrades or standard stuff that you would like to put in your home and then we put it we put it together and started the project everything pretty much was a gut um went back and floated the bad spots in the ceilings painted put all new tile down in the basically the whole bottom part of the house put new cabinets in new electrical moved everything new Plumbing in the flooor that busted um it was just a big project and and they were able to tackle it uh the guys that came over were extremely nice um I felt very comfortable with them here my kids and my wife felt very comfortable with them here I would definitely recommend them um for any projects they have it was smooth easy um there wasn't a lot of uh effort into my part there was a good design team a good rebuild team I would just recommend them to any future projects anybody [Music] has

[Music] and all of a sudden I woke up i sat up smelling and I'm like wow I do smell smoke and I could see like amber in the door and I open the door very little cuz I knew better to open it wide so I opened the door and there was a fire while rushing out of the house my two boys they were trying to put it out with the hose but it it just was exploding in the air from I guess gas and paint that we had I was just numb I just couldn't I said it's just really happening my dream in like you know my home everything that we live for it is all my memories were gone everything was exploding what are we gonna do you know we're not young I just did all these emotions will go until me we had called several different contractors they were just over price we didn't know where to turn so we had gone to my daughter's we were still looking and my dad was looking on the on the Internet so then my daughter says mom I don't know if you want to give this this company are called it's called two builders and she says and they um they do for fire water damage and all this maybe just give them a call to see you know I called them and I spoke to this nice man his name is Aaron and he says I'll meet you there I said really today he says yes I'll meet you there we talked and we talked and he says we can rebuild your house for this amount of money and I'm like no way we had to go through the office in me Isaac the owner and we all sit around the table and he says I will do this and it won't cost me a dime I I just couldn't believe it I was like whoa you know doing exactly the way it was will have some upgrades they didn't have before and I was I was really blessed we were blessed to find two builders I got to go in the office and I get to pick everything that I wanted you know from different one not just one thing they had me there might be like seven pieces of flow or seven types of countertops so it was like and I mean they made it so easy and they had colors for me to choose from it was like wow that was exciting for me because I just couldn't believe that I was going to get this because I'm not from all the other contractors so I walked in the door and I just started crying because it was so beautiful two-minute the kitchen was like the colors I wanted everything it was better than before I'm in the flooring I got I got all the stains still count I know I'm refrigerate everything I wanted the cabinets were upgraded it was just so so beautiful and in warm it was a one feeling nothing they made it more they made it like home again and then Isaac came he had I think I'd like five albums of pitches memories that they had cleaning them and put them in or kind of like an order they took their time to Bennett had to take a lot of time it took their time to put each one in the folder just everything was brand new I have a brand new home down a brand new home for the rest of my life and two builders made it happen [Music] you [Music]

well we wanted to do a kitchen remodel I was started looking around in the springtime and we came across the crew builders and the staff and we went ahead and went forward this was a pretty major remodel where we took the walls out and there's actually balsam Closet in here and they've really open it up this space our project entailed taking out the wall and the existing kitchen that was here and all we wanted to open I like the feeling one of the nice things that they did was their design was they added and Drybar behind me and that gave us some extra storage because we did sneak out a lot of cabinet space in the first from the original kitchen but as you can see they've done the floors tied together and it's really turned out nice and really huge a lot of space well the process started with Josh coming out as and helping us get a design he brought us a couple different designs in which we chose and then was turned over to the true builder and through with Dean and Aaron and the whole staff who really came in here and brought us step by step we were able to pick out cabinets and do the granite and a lot of those accessories right at their location and it just made it really easy for the whole process I think that they're really easy to work with it really easy to get a hold of they make sure they touch base and follow up throughout the process and any time we had questions or needed them to come back out to explain something or we had changes that we kind of wanted to discuss they were very open and very helpful with that I would highly recommend true builders for any sort of remodeling or restoration projects again [Music] you [Music]

oh i was a secretary and bookkeeper at mulberry first assembly for 25 years and under pastor dan and so we would i knew them i watched isaac grew up it was the original bathroom in 1950s so it was time and i also i needed that tub taken out and a walk-in shower put in first step was the they came out and looked it over with the job i went into the office and i met josh oh he's a great guy he knew what he was doing he knew he knew his products and and he had some good ideas and i told him what i liked the colors i liked and so he brought some stuff out of the showroom and brought it out and it was perfect we went down to the frame i mean to the studs we wiped out walls we ripped out ceiling everything was down to the studs what i liked about it truthfully was the fact that i didn't have to try to subcontract anything i wasn't over it i just turned it over to true builders under their umbrella they took care of everything i don't think you could have sent any better people than what i had on that bathroom they all worked very well they were very pleasant and from from sales from start to finish you know it was very pleasing so [Music] with more than i could have ever hoped for really because it looks like a 21st century bathroom i don't like it i love it it's just beautiful oh my shower's wonderful i turn it on and just get in it and every morning and night usually because it's uh it's so relaxing on the muscles i called and i got the windows got all new windows put in my house as well would i recommend true builders of course i've had a pleasant experience and i felt like i got a good deal and and they were out to do the best job they could do and i recommend them because i trust them you know and i think anybody can trust them

um Adrienne Holliday from Tampa Florida we initially called to plumbers because we thought we had what we thought was a simple leak and once the guys came out to take a look at the leak it turned out to be a major insurance claim so right from the very beginning we just had water damage everywhere and so as a result we they assisted us with the process from calling the insurance company all the way down to lining things up the process was relatively simple everyone that we had an opportunity to work with from the p.m. all the way down to the guys that did the work were courteous very professional um timely they did the things that they said they were going to do and it was just a joy to work with everybody on the team um one of the things that I really really liked about working with the company was just I guess ease abuse they did a lot of the little things that I didn't know about and just um took a lot of the stress off or the hassle off my plate like dealing with my insurance company or or dealing with our financial institution for a mortgage so that was great what I liked the most about our bathroom is just um I guess the the quality of work so you see horror stories all the time about people paying for something and not getting what they paid for so I think we got that and a whole lot more and we initially were just gonna get the the shower replace but then I got to talking to Erin and we were saying you know what is that you're gonna be fixing the shower you know why not just take this opportunity and let's do the whole thing because how often do you get to remodel a bathroom so we just decided to go ahead and do everything at once so in addition to getting the shower done which was the initial plan we got the cabinet's replaced we got the floors redone and change the color in the bathroom I am a true believer and you and you get what you pay for you're not the most expensive you're not the cheapest but if you want a quality end product then I would definitely recommend you we have some other stuff in the bathroom that we'd like to get done a little later in the year and we will definitely be calling true polish back to kind of complete the rest of the changes that we want to have done so I would definitely recommend you and we will definitely be using you again in the future [Music]

I'm Josh Darlin with True. We're here at the Martin residence and [music] one of my favorite things about this project was that they are dear friends of ours. So when he called and he said, "I got a flood coming in from [music] the rain. I came out and did an assessment of the house. We got our mitigation team out here right away and we were [music] able to get equipment in there, cut out the wet drywall, cut out the wet insulation and get the master bathroom [music] and the closet area dried out so that there wasn't any mold or further damage. We were [music] able to do a better assessment after the storm and find out that the tile roof had been damaged [music] from the storm. A lot of those damages led to that roof completely needing to be replaced. In this case, [music and singing] it was the area right above their master closet and then the area on the back side of the roof that also affected [music] the damaging the ceiling in the kitchen and the dining room area. The interior damage is completely repaired and as you [music] can see, it's beautiful. This roof will last for years [singing] and even decades. >> [music]

i would recommend true roofers to everybody if i could take them to puerto rico i'll take about whatever i do recommend it to everybody i needed the service of two roofers because i was in my shower when my wife screamed on it because she saw the leak coming through the ceiling and she was like yo well you was looking through the city so when i came out i noticed that there was a leak and it was due to the storm they damaged the singles to roofer handle everything from the beginning to the end with the insurance and they went step by step and they told me to call you know the insurance and they sent the mitigation guys the mitigation guys came out and they saw that there was water damage they took out the ceiling and the walls they treated they put the dehumidifiers and they put their fans they dry up after that i got with the insurance the adjuster came out paul from the true builders division he came out the scope rider everything went well they gave me the okay from the insurance to go through two roofers two roofers came next day and they did it in one day the job that i kind of got surprised they did it in one day my favorite part of the completed project is that it ain't gonna leak no more the job is done i recommend to roofing to all my neighbors and it's a great excellent experience

so instead of ripping the whole thing out we were able to keep our cage and they just did a rehab we needed true aluminum services because we've lived in our house for over 10 years and our pool cage needed to be redone the screens were falling out it was just a mess i heard about true aluminum services through a google search it was the first company that came up and they had really great reviews so we went with them and we couldn't have been happier our experience with true aluminum was awesome we called up for an estimate and jeff came out did the estimate and we found it to be the best price that we went with it here the manager came out and started out the job well our original plan was to have the whole cage ripped out but they came out and did an estimate and said that the bones were actually really good in our cage so instead of ripping the whole thing out we were able to keep our cage and they just did a rehab which means they replaced the screens they replaced the spline they replaced all of the hardware all of the hurricane clips and put a new kick plate around the outside so it saved us a lot of money and it looks great my favorite part of the job is really all of it we had screens falling out so we had bugs inside spider webs we had leaves falling in our pool and now with all the screens being redone we don't have any bugs we don't have leaves in our pool it's super clean and i absolutely love it another one of my favorite parts about it is the kick plate my husband used to go around with the weed whacker and he would cut the screens over and over and we'd have to try to replace them ourselves but now we have this awesome kick plate but it doesn't matter if he runs into it because it's metal on the bottom would i recommend true to my friends and family absolutely it was an awesome experience from beginning to end and we're so happy with the job you

[Music] oh it came out exactly the way i wanted it drew aluminum did a great job well i when i bought the house in june i loved a patio and we had the patio slab and it was like great but we were inundated with the bugs so i said no no no so i had to get it screened in i wanted to get it screened and it was only cold and the french doors well they're part of a company to core that both my daughters work for so i figured well like why don't i give you guys a shot so the three estimates that i had through aluminum was the best pricing so that's why i came and got them oh the true aluminum people were really wonderful at first it was two people that came out and then four people came out and everybody was very polite very very nice very courteous although i tried to feed dream aluminum people but they didn't want anything to eat or drink and they were very nice about it and they cleaned up and they were very very professional oh it came out exactly the way i wanted it drew aluminum did a great job they understood what i wanted when i first came out and said this is what i want here here and here and they followed exactly what i wanted i would recommend true aluminum very crazy very fast very efficient i don't see any holes anywhere so yes i would recommend them in a heartbeat my true aluminum experience was fast efficient courteous and they're giving me an estimate now for my french stores so i'm really happy that it's one company that can handle anything that you need you know renovation whatever in the house which i really like and i definitely will be using them in the future

pastors and pastor Church him in Mulberry Florida for almost 20 years just recently moved down to the Sarasota area England they took a church over there it's thriving booming my whole family is involved my parents are actually ministers and grew up all my life in church and my parents believed strongly in doing what's right for others and not necessarily to bring a profit and so we grew up in a business but a non profit business so that's that's how I knew it to be is helped people regardless of how bad of a situation it puts you in financially my parents pastored a church so a lot of people think that church is you know it's just you know ministry and all this kind of stuff but is a hundred percent of business as well I mean you have a light bill you have a mortgage and you have a family that you have to take care of so it's just magnified in in doing ministry so right away is being a young child I learned the ins and outs of how to deal with people you know and people's problems and creating a solution for that and that's carried over into business I grew up remembering that you're only as good as the person you can help and putting yourself in a position to where you can you can do something for somebody maybe maybe a little thing to you but it could be a huge impact for that person as they go through life sometimes people never forget that the thing you did for them in the position you put them in to to better their life one of my first experiences that my mom said that my mom and dad talked about the light well we did he was gonna do business I wasn't allowed to fly of course I had chores that I had to do you know you know a lot of play until these chores are done and one of them was mowing the grass and where I grew up with a big yard so my friends came over like hey we want to play you know everybody was allowed to play it I'm like I can't talk mowed the grass so what I did is I enrolled all my friends I said hey listen you have a lawn mower you have a lot more and you have a lot more if you guys bring your lawn mowers over and we all start cutting the same time we'll have this done in like 20 minutes and I can play it right away a good idea so I got all my friends out there mowing with me I'm bringing them I'm not even mowing and my mom comes in and she's mad at me and she's like you cannot have the mother kids more than our grass that is so embarrassed in my dad's I uh you know if he can if he can enroll them him Oh in the grass I don't care how it gets done just as long as my grass is mowed and it's still a story that we tell the day we kind of laugh about how that's carried over and into my life I think my first work experience was I went to Hungry Howie's Pizza and went in there and said hey I'm a cook I can do it I'm you know fifteen years old and they said sure no problem give you the job I was like super impressed happy I came back the next day and they had this big costume they want me to put on it was like a pizza guy's costume they told me to go out by the street wear the costume and I was like no you know I can't do that and he said you know if you don't do that you don't have the job so I had to make a decision at 15 is what am I willing to do to work and to provide and at 15 I got out there and danced around and I noticed that while I was out there I thought about it as a positive and said if I'm doing this and getting paid then this is this is what my life could be as long as I enjoy myself that it's not necessarily working you're just having fun and getting paid we have a mutual friend I guess we would call him our best friend moved to Melbourne Florida when about nine eight ninth grade and immediately became best friends with him his name's Dustin Whitney and every day I would hear oh my gosh man I'm so glad that we met you're just like my old friend you guys talk same you do the same things like I'm so glad I mention because I was heartbroken moving away and so I thank God for you because you know he would tell me all this stuff and of course we had a little jokey pic oh my gosh you're just like him I'm like no no he's just like me you know and now my there's nobody like me you met the better of her you know and all this kind of stuff not having met Marc at all just you know hearing things through Dustin about how much we were like and we met we were about 15 years old Dustin had a like a get-together at his house and Marc came over to the area and instantly you know we kind of hit it off and just been friends ever since I actually met Issac years back we had a mutual best friend and I got a chance to go out there and hang with Issac I felt a lot of jealousy with Issac cuz we shared a same mutual best friend so seeing him do things was always like well I can one-up him and I can shoot basketball better or I can do this better it was always a competition at the beginning just to outperformed for our mutual best friend as time grew our friendship grew as well our best friend actually ended up moving away and left us in a position to where we wondered why somebody could be so close to each one of us maybe we had a bond that we weren't aware of and that friendship was there all along and it was a super close bond with me and him always that what started out to be competition ended up being a way to promote each other and say man you're better than this you can do this pushing it and driving each other which is what ultimately drove us to our success is constantly being behind each other pushing each other to the next level you know me and Mark did multiple sales jobs together and you know this fad this fad telecommunications was a big one doing the the cell phone industry right when it was just not everybody had cell phones I was coming from you know pagers and a you know Nokia phones the old black phones and we got into that that market there and doing telecommunications and instantly realize we kind of we kind of had a gift and took a store that was I think number 63 in the state and we took it with an having the store for three or four months we took it to be in the number one store in a state and realized pretty quickly that we had a good niche for for doing sales and just doing business together and in we were though ideas off each other and how's this work and we just started doing that for life you know just one of those people that you can always pick up the phone and no matter where we were at in life we could kind of just pick it right back up and throw ideas off each other we always pushed each other there's no saying that you know iron sharpens iron and it's the truth you know a little bit of competition a little bit of hey I think you do this and I see this and and we just thought we weren't well together and so initially the business was just honestly just a way to to let's make some money I mean he's got a family out of here we got a let's just we got to pay some bills you know and hey this could work and this could work and and it was just something that we were doing just you know honestly just to make some money but we have really big dreams we did and and we saw that money is just a very small aspect of business I mean there's a lot of different ways to make money and you know so we started building a business together you know we start say hey this is something that's real this isn't just you know hey I made it I made 300 a major you know it wasn't that it's like this is this is a real thing here and we can we can kill two birds with one stone we can make a living and provide for our families and we can help people which is really at the core of who we are I think at the very beginning our whole plan was to do something to where we felt like we were helping somebody else we felt like both of our jobs were great jobs but we were alone in those jobs and we were able to help anybody so we got into a situation where we felt like we could get to be a part of our friends lifes and help families and the initial approach was let's just get enough to pay our bills and make ends meet and if we can help families in the process and hang out with our friends it's a win-win so moving forward that was our expectation is to grow this company as the ability to just provide for our own families and we took it from there I believe in this company number one is because of who uh who I'm doing it with the staff that we have and because of the the principle that's behind it you know we never grew up neither one of us said you know hey I want to be a plumber or hey you know when you're in school like what do you want to be I never raised my hand like I want to be a contractor you know it's never was was the goal or the or the dream what it was was how can I do something where I can use my talents where I can use my abilities where I can help people and make a living and through this business I've been able to do all four of those things I provide for my family we have a fantastic team here that we work with every single day and you know and there's there's motivation and there's a self-development and there's just you know there's a fan the atmosphere that's kind of what we brought into this business and that believes over into our customers and so these people that that call us to do work for them they may be in a real crisis with their with their property something can be really really minor that we fix and we've done jobs where people's lives have you know the houses are burnt down everything that they have is gone you know in an hour to span and it's so rewarding to come in and you know take over somebody's house that is is devastated and doesn't know what to do doesn't know who to trust here in a million different stories about you know this guy this guy this guy who do I use and to take them and say listen we care about you and we care about your house and we care about your home your life not just you know not just turning a profit and we take them from a disaster situation and really take it hand-in-hand with them take that project on and get to see it all the way to the end that's become super rewarding for us is to know that we are not only doing business that we're you know we're helping people you know and it's so it's rewarding we started this company we made our mind up that we're not the boss that God's our boss and when we classify ourselves as owners at the end of the day God owns this company we're just employees for him so we know it's gonna succeed because as long as we put him first and all that we do all these things that we want and desire will be added unto us and we know that if we continue to work under those principles that it's in God's hands you know that's a that's a tough question because obviously you know first of all the cliches come up is I want to be remembered as a good person as a you know and as a caring and giving person somebody that inspired people you know I want to leave a legacy I want my children to have something that they say home you know my dad built this you know all those things even though they're cliche they're the truth I want to be remembered as somebody who helped people somebody who inspired people somebody who built something that inspires other people that they can do the same if I can make it anybody can make it you know so that's what I want to be remembered I think I wanna be remembered as someone who not only made the changes in my personal life in my business life too to improve but to make changes in other people I don't want to just go through life knowing that it was all about me I want to make sure that what I'm doing impacts others gives them an opportunity to believe in their self and know that they can make it you know sometimes people don't have the greatest upbringings or the greatest starts in life but at any age and no matter what you've been through that the options are endless the book is is white it's your page to write and I think I want to be remembered as somebody that constantly reminds people that there's a better life you know to always improve always make your own story don't let anybody else determine your future you make your own decision the best is yet to come okay so first of all whenever I'm looking to bring somebody on board is work ethic is a really big deal in our in our generation right now you got to have the work ethic I mean my dad Mark's dad used to we you know we talk about it we joke about it now but they taught us how to work you're gonna work you know nothing's given to you and that's been a principle that we carry over into into the into our lives is that you're not own anything in this life and you got to go get it so we look for people that are not afraid to go get what they feel like they deserve you know not afraid to work hard we're looking for people that want to be better than they are right now that's a big thing so whenever we're trying to hire somebody we're not necessarily looking at skill set although that is important but skills can be taught but I can't teach work ethic I can't teach attitude so those are the things that we look for people that want to be better and that will jump on board with us and that we can help build something together I'm looking for somebody that's willing to get out of their comfort zone we feel like we have a rare thing that we can teach people and help them grow and somebody's just willing to learn willing to put the work in and and whatever it takes to improve their self and better their self because it isn't just about what happens at that nine-to-five it's what happens at their personal life and personal development so we want to see them grow in all aspects of their life we want to see them improve in all aspects so if we can get the ceiling off of them and show them that there's more to come than just what they thought they've known and help them on the unknown if they allow us to do that have the work ethic to back it up I think that that's the kind of guys that we're looking for in the future

more about what they specialize in our owners Issac Turpin and Mark Lee very good morning gentlemen so let's talk about this I love the backstory of you guys this started mark is actually childhood best friends essentially yeah we grew up together we're best friends dads are both ministers mm-hmm then teamed up from there start our own company and you're still best friends right that says a lot let's talk about this I mentioned that one of the fastest growing companies you guys were just recently awarded one of the the fastest and the what Inc 5000 actually brought us onto the list which is a huge honor we were we were excited about that fastest growing in Central Florida company so yeah congratulations we'll talk a little bit about what it is because the business as I think most do they evolved a little bit over the years as you see kind of what people need what the service is you realize hey we're kind of working together here one of the things that we like that we do is we take a disaster situation that most people aren't in that they're just doing a remodel only that's kind of planned out what we specialize in is the ones that you didn't plan when you come home in your house as flooded out or there's a hole in your roof or your house caught on fire and we take care of that it's kind of evolved to doing it from start to finish from taking it from the disaster it's cleaning it up tearing it out and putting it all back together and you really need people that are specialized in this and that that are just hiring subcontractors and saying oh yeah ok I think we can we can do that too right yes nice to have a company that's all in-house yeah every guy that comes out wearing the same shirt we're in the same hat just makes people feel comfortable that's just one company have experienced out of state as well because that's where the need is sometimes but talk about kind of what you're able to do in the middle of a disaster as you said actually some of the first work storm work we did was out of state we went to New York we had some families in church own property up there that got damaged and it's a long way to travel but nobody could get to him for months and so we we put together a team and when we've gone several places all over there about Harvey cuz you guys here in Texas we were in Texas currently when the storm hit here locally so we had to pick up our guys from that point and get them back as quick as possible because this is just some of the the homes and things that you guys oh man the people there have four foot of water in their homes so you know you see people cleaning up their baby books and pictures of p-n has that been in the family for you know a long time they were trying to restore them and clean them up it's really sad well and I we just saw a team photo there as well but people have to feel good and again from what I understand customer service and the ratings that you guys have I mean you're literally getting people's lives back together service is a big news for us that's I think that's what we pride ourself on if you go to Google type us in either true plumbers or true builders you'll see our ratings and we pride ourselves on that since we are locally owned and operated word-of-mouth is everything and how you treat your people that's says a lot about your business well and one of the reasons you guys are so successful as well as the tools that you guys are using kind of the latest technology we have to talk about this bad boy right here what on earth is this this is an infrared camera so if you have it let's say your roof leak during the storm and you got water coming in it doesn't necessarily mean that where the water is coming in is where the leak is so we use this camera right here so you would typically use this on the wall or trying to figure out where the hotspots are yeah sorry so it's reading temperature and we're trying to find moisture so if you know if your roof leaked and the leaks you know 20 foot down from where the water is coming in we can trace it all the way back and find out where it's actually there's actually something pretty unique that not all companies a lot of companies don't provide this but this is something that we pride ourselves because then we know what areas are affected and not affected yeah we used to stay our technology for everything that we do the one thing you want to do is fix a leak only fix it once and get it right well cuz mold we haven't even touched on this huge problem here in the Bay Area's climate it's hot so usually if you have a leak and that water sits underneath your floors and you don't get to it it'll grow mold timing is of the essence yes I know we have some other before-and-after pictures before we get ready to close here but what we want people to really know about true builders and what you guys were able to do here I think that we focus more on the customer because we know that in the long run that the results will be there so we focus more on the customer I know what their needs are staying good communication and they provide a service as fast as possible and we just want to tell everybody the storms are when you get when you get neighbors come by and ask who did your roof that looks great i mean that's just a big deal so i noticed after the last storm that we had i had damage inside the home so i reached out to tree roofers to come out and do an independent inspection for me they also are a vendor of mine at the company i work for so obviously i i trust them and their knowledge true roofers came out did an inspection let me know to reach out to my insurance company they handled everything after that we got everything rolling after that smooth experience everything's been great everybody's always on time everybody shows up you get the calls you get the updates it's just been a great process 100 i've recommended them to friends already to neighbors already when they come out and do work everything is clean everything's tidy and i just refer to everybody on the block and they already got clearly got jobs coming it's just been a good experience people show up on time they got crews here they got people from the office here you know they allow you to be involved i mean that's a big deal for at least me i mean maybe some homeowners don't want to be involved but i like to be involved and they don't have a problem [Music]
