[Music] Hi, I'm Charles. I'm the lead technician for mitigation for True Builders. My position mainly consists of uh if we get a water call, mold remediation, any of that kind of stuff. Basically, what the start of the whole project would be is to go identify where the source is, getting everything dried out, get all the rooms labeled, take photographs for insurance purposes.
