What Plumbers & AC does
True Plumbers & AC is the flagship True brand: plumbing, air conditioning, and whole-home water systems under one licensed crew. Issac Turpin built it from leak detection and plumbing work. The same trucks now run 24/7 across Polk, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties.
Licensed technicians on every job (Florida plumbing CFC1428965, HVAC CAC1820605). Pricing is quoted before the work starts. Dispatch runs from Lakeland, Plant City, Auburndale, and Bartow.

Services
-
Leak detection
Hidden leaks waste water and rot framing before you see a stain. True locates slab leaks, supply-line leaks, and irrigation leaks, then quotes the repair before a saw starts.
Leak detection -
Repiping
A whole-home repipe is the fix when polybutylene, pin-hole copper, or galvanized lines keep opening new leaks. True runs the new piping, ties in fixtures, and quotes the job before the first cut.
Repiping -
Drain cleaning
Kitchen lines collect grease. Bathroom lines collect hair and soap. Main lines take tree roots and scale. True uses jetting and mechanical cleaning matched to the line, not a bottle of chemical poured down the trap.
Drain cleaning -
Water heaters
Tank and tankless. Repair when the unit has life left. Replace when sediment, a failed anode, or a leaking tank makes a new unit the cheaper path. You get the model, the warranty, and the price first.

AC repair and installation
A Central Florida AC runs most of the year. True repairs, maintains, and installs systems under HVAC license CAC1820605: heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, thermostats, and indoor air quality. No-cool emergencies dispatch 24/7.
AC repair -
24/7 emergency plumbing
Burst pipe, no water, sewer in the tub, water heater flooding a closet. Call (863) 667-6364 any hour. The dispatcher gives an arrival window. The tech shuts the mess down, then quotes the lasting repair.

Water systems
Softeners, filtration, heaters
Filtration and heaters matter on Polk County well and city water. Softeners sit here because they are the least-called True Plumbers product, not the lead one.
-
Salt-free
Condition hard Central Florida water without a salt brine tank. The crew sizes and installs them when the water test says so.
Salt-free systems -
Under-sink
Drinking water at the kitchen tap, filtered for taste and sediment. A point-of-use filter when the rest of the house does not need a whole-home unit.
Under-sink filtration -
Water heaters
Tank or tankless repair and replacement. Same licensed plumbing crew that runs leak calls.
Water heaters -
Whole-house
One filter for every fixture, sized to the home. A whole-house unit sits at the main so showers, laundry, and ice makers share the same filter.
