Meet Jennifer Fisher: The Office Manager Who Keeps It All Moving
Jennifer Fisher is the office manager at True Aluminum, and her on-camera job description is the whole front of house: she works with all the customers, takes the phone calls, does the follow-ups, and handles permitting. Her summary: "Anything that the customer needs, I take care of."
She is from Lakeland, has two daughters, and spends her off time on soccer and shopping. What she loves about the company is the crew she coordinates every day - "just like one big family" - and her closing line is the company case in nine words: "We're dependable, we're reliable, and we have quality construction."
What the office actually does between your signature and your build
The quiet weeks after a contract is signed are not idle - they are Jennifer's job description in action. The office assembles the permit package and submits it to the county, chases the approval, sequences your build onto a crew's calendar around weather and material lead times, and keeps you posted so the project never goes dark. When homeowners praise a company for communication - and the testimonials on this site keep doing exactly that - they are describing an office manager doing follow-ups on purpose. If you want one gauge of an enclosure contractor, call the office with a question: the way it is handled before the sale is the way it will be handled during permitting.
